Quick Summary

KCheckout provides software connecting your Shopify store to your own Whop merchant account.
Payments from your buyers go directly into your own Whop merchant balance; KCheckout never holds or touches customer funds.
Subscription fees are billed transparently ($49/month for your first store after a 7-day free trial, $29/month per additional store) with 0% revenue share or commission on your orders.

1. Service Description

KCheckout provides SaaS tools, themes, scripts, and webhook reconciliation services allowing ecommerce merchants to route Shopify storefront carts through Whop checkout configurations and generate paid orders in Shopify via the DraftOrders API.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for compliance with Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy and Whop’s Merchant Terms. You must fulfill customer orders in a timely manner and honor appropriate buyer refund requests.

3. Fees and Billing

Plans include a 7-day free trial. If not canceled before the trial ends, your payment method will be billed automatically every 30 days. You may cancel at any time directly in your KCheckout dashboard.
